Organization-Wide T-Log
Nexsure contains a T-Log or task log that creates a log of many activities that are completed by staff members within Nexsure. Use the T-Log to view activities completed by a specific staff member or several staff members. The T-Log can also be used to look up and verify that a specific activity took place and the name of the staff member that completed the activity.
Important: When navigating through Nexsure using links in the T-Log, the Utility and Primary menu items highlighted do not reflect the path to the screen that is displayed.
There are two levels of T-Logs. One is the organization-wide level where activities are logged for the entire organization. The second level of T-Log is at the client level. At the client level, only activities for the specific client will be logged.
